Sunday (OC day - model lesson)
Breakfast : leftover yakisoba with no noodles, (no eggs)
Lunch: smoothie and natto
Dinner : (hungry and ate a lot) rice with tororo-imo, kimchi, simmered sardines, soup with seaweed and chicken meat balls, some nuts, a few slices of pizza, 2 beers and olives
overdid it.
not a great first week. I'm going to have to try harder.
watched an great scary movie "Get Out" and went to be after 1 I think...
