2017/09/22 Day 5

Got up at about 7:40 (ignored alarm)

Breakfast - 2 eggs + cheese, last night's dinner (age dofu, kombu and veg. topping, miso soup, cucumber and chicken salad with sesame dressing)

Lunch - smoothie + natto

Dinner - skip but had about 6 nuts

pain + reflection  = progress
Did not do well at the meeting today.  Need to be better prepared and organized.

Went to bed at 9:30 with the boys
