2017/09/19 Day 2

Day 2 Records

Got up at 7:30
No time for morning exercise

Breakfast : 2 eggs, pack of natto

Lunch : smoothie

Dinner : pork with stir fried veggies (bean sprouts etc), kimchi, and pumpkin soup with 2 tablespoons               of rice.

used the training room at work (leg curl, leg press, t-bar DL, shoulder raise)
walked about 2 hours (to work and back)

Just writing this record has been useful.  I wanted to snack after dinner but I thought I'd have to report it here so I stopped.

Got to bed at midnight (I stayed up to watch a movie)
