Day 3
woke up late again, about 7 AM
Breakfast - 1 egg (sons had eggs) - snacked later on a bag of cashew nuts and drank smoothie in my office (didn't wait for lunch)
Lunch - natto pack and baked sweet potato
Dinner - mackerel simmered in miso, pumpkin soup, med. rice and curry.
snack - 2 cookies (didn't stop me this time)
got home from work a little after 7
watched rest of Tarzan (not even good) - can't seem to get my work done.
Went to bed about 12:00 am again
