2017/09/18 Why am I starting today?

This blog is to record my diet and general progress towards a healthier me.

Here are some of my most recent starting data

Waist        97 cm
Left thigh 57 cm
Rt. thigh   59 cm

Here is the plan:

Breakfast: (7 AM) 3 eggs + cheese / salsa
Lunch:      (12 PM) smoothie and natto pack
Dinner:     (7 PM) whatever is cooked and no carbs (try to meditate and journal before dinner)

No snacks except coconut oil and nuts (fruits or dried fruits if I have to have a sweet)

Kid's bedtime :  9:00
Take a walk and get to sleep by 10:30

Wake up at 5:30 (7 hours sleep)
shower
meditate   (20 min)
Journal     (10 min)
Yoga         (30 min until 6:30)
Exercises  (30 min)
Make oatmeal for the boys and eggs for me at 7

Leave to walk to work about 7:40 (arrive 8:40)
Leave work to walk home about 6:00 (arrive 7:00)
