Breakfast - 2 eggs (shared with son) and a little leftover oatmeal
Lunch - Agedofu with pepper and a little rice / some boiled broccoli
Dinner - grilled fish (sanma) / a little rice / vegetable soup
three sausage snack
Sleep - 11:00 pm
